Product Care

• Citrus oils may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. Use caution when exposed to direct sunlight after application
• Use caution when exiting the tub or shower, as oils may create slippery surfaces

Wholesale Return & Refund Policy

All wholesale orders placed with Cre’A’s Love Butter are considered final sale due to the handmade nature of our products and wholesale production process.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on wholesale orders once production has begun.

Please review all product selections, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at crea@creaslovebutter.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the concern

Once reviewed, approved issues may qualify for replacement products or store credit at Cre’A’s Love Butter’s discretion.

Wholesale Policies

• Minimum opening order: $250
• Case packs are sold as complete units and cannot be mixed or broken
• Lead time: 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated
• Wholesale orders may not be returned due to slow sales or overstock
